Dynamo6, a tech company based in Hamilton, NZ, allowed the Designwell team to experiment with a vibrant colour palette when creating a new office space. tretford Carpet was specified to allow the carpets to play a central role in the design.

The Dynamo6 offices is set in the almost brutalist architecture of the old Waikato Regional Council building. This gave Designwell the opportunity to soften the largely concrete space by using luxurious, colourful tretford Carpet.

The space was carefully planned to be highly productive and functional and included vibrant, energetic, and collaborative work areas. It includes bold colours, tones and textures. tretford Carpet’s vibrant colour palette added a pop of colour throughout the workspaces. Along, with colour, Designwell added greenery walls to create privacy and health in the main work area as well as Autex materials to create focus areas in unexpected places.

Designwell have been working with our New Zealand team, Advance Flooring, for a long time. So, it was an easy decision for them to choose tretford Carpet as they have a Global GreenTag Level A certification, which has the environmental qualifications to support its natural construction.
