CBRE Global Investors commissioned Craig Tan Architects to redefine the lobby of South Wharf Tower into a curated series of three interconnected spaces for tenants to gather and meet.

The warmth generated through the use of timber and tretford carpet in roll and custom rugs transformed it from a cold, glazed environment into inspired, welcoming spaces.
