Newmont – widely recognised for its principled environmental, social and geoverance practices – is a world-leading gold company and producer of copper, silver, zinc and lead.

Rezen Studio were commissioned to create a hybrid work club with the workspace having social spaces for informal interactions as well as a suite of meeting rooms.  Their approach to the floor plan was to encourage the ‘osmosis effect’ by providing a variety of settings that support productive interactions – either casual or planned.  Rezen designed a large format rug – 9.5 metres x 3.6 metres which was inset into their main open floor plan seating area.
