House Lupe, designed by Lintel Studio, is composed around simple moments for contemplation. The house has been designed to frame uncomplicated views to the street side and neighbouring planting while maintaining necessary inner-city privacy. Openings are carefully placed to introduce abundant natural light, shadow play, and ventilation to the space, without exposing the interior to the burning sun.

Hardwearing concrete, brick and stone finishes inside reiterate the frankness of the once blue-collar neighbourhood, while also allowing for a pop of colour on the floor to bring the space together.
