Anna Carey is an Australian artist based in the Gold Coast, QLD, and Los Angeles, USA. Her work spans photography, model-making, film, and drawing, creating architectural spaces inspired by iconic structures. Using a camera, she highlights the imperfections of her miniature models, emphasizing their constructed nature. Her work is brought to life in a large-scale model designed for play and imagination.

Carey has exhibited widely in Australia and the US, including at Photo LA, Artereal Gallery, and the Museum of Brisbane. She has been shortlisted for several awards and her work is in collections such as HOTA Gallery, LACMA, the National Gallery of Australia, and private collections.
