Bill Gates Building – Gates Cambridge Scholarship Programme
The Bill Gates Building is home to the Computer Faculty and includes research, teaching, library and catering facilities for 300 students. The brief called for a low-energy solution which could accommodate specialist computer equipment while being flexible enough to adapt to possible long-term changes in use.
The project used modulyss’ ranges Core and Litho from the Artcore Collection. These ranges created an organically designed pattern that flows between the foundation design from Core. Litho added an urban and structured look to the space.
